small farm land @ selama - Part I
When we back to our Hb's hometown selama last few months, we get know that my MIL had plant so many things in front of their house. Just beside the road side. This is her own wonderland.
So many cabbages.
Have u ever see cabbage in this size? And, i never seen so fresh cabbage in my life. haha. I am such a "city" gal. I should plant something in my house later.

GREAT LUNCH @ Ole-Ole Bali
We had a great birthday celebration for our colleague - Helen.
This is what we ordered for the day.
Their most famous drink wo, cant remember his name. (but, i can remember its taste like coffee). The small cup on the left is coffee.
Their grilled lamb, this is kind of western food.
Origin Balinese style (mixed platter)
and Balinese style fried chicken
and this grilled chicken
and this one must order, something like minced & the sources are delicious
shopping mall : Sunway Pyramid

My favourite TIM TAM!!
lets share with u guys this is my favourite chocolate - Tim Tam Double Coat. I bought this from Australia. The taste is totally different from malaysia. They are giving a very thick cholocolate coat on the bar. U guys must try it on!!
Ya,i know i shouldnt take that much chocolate. Anyway, i really cannot resist this.

My macaron classes in May 2011
My intention to attend this 2 classes is becos our best friend wedding on 25 Sept 2011, i hope that i can give her a big surprise by doing a big big macaron tower for her as her wedding gift. Jill, im still practicing. I really hope that i able to do it!!
This is our macaron tower (end products)
Middle one is "Alisha", right one is "Han" (our young instructor)
Our school : at 19
Steps as below:
put color
jadi this color
testing "1"
testing "2"
testing "4"
done & start to "bang"
bang, bang, bang
turn around the tray and bang every corner
make sure all set
try to "touch up" the shell by little bit water,
leave them "chill out" for 20 minutes, then put into owen for 15 minutes , about 150 degree- (depends on your sizes)
Once the shell is ready, we can start to put in "filling"
combine both shells together (2 becomes 1)
this is the end products, how colorful???
