Baby & Kid Recipe - Papaya, White Fungus and Assorted Almond Seeds Water


嬰幼兒營養食譜 - 木瓜雪耳南北杏水 (適合4-8個月嬰兒)

Ingredient
  • 中型木瓜1
  • 雪耳2
  • 南北杏若干
  • 蜜棗2
Method
  1. 先將木瓜切件去籽,將雪耳浸透,另把蜜棗、南北杏洗淨待用。
  2. 注入適量清水(蓋過材料),把材料煲滾,然後轉以文火煲1小時左右,即可飲用。

 






Air Pepaya, white fungus (Suet yi), dan almond (nam pak han)

Bahan
l   1 bh Pepaya ukuran sedang
l   80 gram suet yi 
l   Nam pak han secukupnya
l   Mat co 2 biji
Caranya
1.       pepaya diiris memanjang, buang bijinya, mat co dan nam pak han dicuci secara terpisah, siap utk digunakan
2.       Masukkan semua bahan kedalam panci masukkan air melebihi bahan2 diatas, rebus kira2 1 jam dgn api kecil.

  • 1 medium size papaya
  • 80g white fungus
  • some assorted almond seeds
  • 2 sweetened dates
 

Method

  1. Cut papaya into pieces and scoop out the seeds. Submerge white fungus in water. Rinse sweetened dates and almond seeds thoroughly and leave for later use.
  2. Add suitable amount of water (enough to cover the ingredients) and bring to the boil. Simmer in low heat for about and hour.
